Automation handles reminders and reconciliations. Every management pack and every compliance judgement is reviewed by a qualified accountant.
Client records are handled under the Data Protection Act, 2019, with access restricted to the reviewing accountant, encrypted connections, and written confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Karagam does not provide statutory audit, legal advice or tax agency services; where these are needed, clients engage appropriately licensed professionals directly. We never hold or move client funds.
We do not lobby public entities for payment on a client's behalf, and we decline engagements that would conflict with our directors' previous public offices.
If you leave, you receive your complete ledger, documents and reports in standard formats.

CPA Dr. George K. Kirer
Director, Karagam Consulting Limited
George has more than twenty years of senior public finance experience across the Office of the Auditor-General and the County Government of Kericho, where he served as Chief Finance Officer and later Chief Officer Finance. He led the county's IFMIS rollout and revenue automation, and administered statutory welfare funds for nine years.
His published research examines own-source revenue mobilisation and automation in decentralised fiscal systems. He brings that experience of how public money is budgeted, procured, paid and audited to the businesses that supply government.
